The selection and interview processes will vary for each role, so we will contact you as soon as possible once you've applied to let you know the next steps.
New joiners in supervision roles will attend a nine-week induction programme to help with the transition from your previous job to your future role as a supervisor at the FSA. This explains the FSA's approach to regulation and helps you become productive and effective in your new role as soon as possible. It will also set out how the FSA operates and what we expect of you. The induction will involve some short assessments to ensure you can apply your new skills and knowledge.
