The Process Engineer within ADD will have responsibility for designing and establishing the standard RUP lifecycles, disciplines and artefacts to be used across the FSA's projects. The Process Engineer will also liaise closely with Project Managers and project teams to select the most appropriate methodology for each project, customise as appropriate and ensure that it is implemented correctly. You will leverage testing knowledge, methodology and resources across all engagements; bringing testing specialists to projects as required, to ensure the proper software testing techniques are applied on a project-by-project basis; improving productivity and operational effectiveness. Portfolio assurance is a top priority. As Delivery Assurance Associate, you’ll ensure all portfolio initiatives are ‘fully assured’ or escalated as known issues. This will entail creating a delivery risk profile to inform the workability of the portfolio. Experience of portfolio programme and project delivery methods and techniques is essential.
