IS and PMG Structure

Information Systems itself comprises several groups, each with its own particular remit and each calling for the application of specialist skills. For example:

Programme Management Group (PMG) is fully responsible for the successful delivery of all FSA programmes and projects. The department houses all of FSA’s programme and project management capability as well as Portfolio Management, Delivery Assurance, Governance and Resource Management expertise.

Design, Delivery and Integration (DDI) is a new division within IS and is accountable for the quality of all technical deliverables to the business. With a diverse range of technical projects in progress at any time, the role of DDI is to ensure the highest standards of our technical solutions at every stage of development.

Business Analysis (BA) works to develop an understanding and analysis of the FSA's required changes to business processes and systems. Our Business Analysts will facilitate conversations between internal business unit stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and the rest of IS to define clear process and system requirements and therefore help deliver effective change.

Apart from the above, we also look after the Vendor Management space, CTO, Technology Security and Technology Operations for the FSA.
