Training
We'll give you all the support you need to help you start your new job committed, engaged and productive. This welcome involves a nine week induction programme:
- six weeks training on technical knowledge, our regulatory approach and its application
- three weeks local orientation introducing you to the culture of the organisation.
Thereafter we'll work constantly to ensure you meet your full potential by providing you with a clear learning path supported by classroom, distance and sponsored study. In the long term, we can offer a wide range of career opportunities, including the chance to specialise or expand your knowledge in a broad range of roles.

Associate’s salary range is £30-£45k, depending upon skills and experience.
Relationship Manager's salary range is £40-£90k, depending upon skills and experience.
The salary range for risk professionals joining the Prudential Risk Division is £45-£120k, depending upon role and experience. Salary details are given on the specific job decriptions.
Flexible benefits
You can either use your benefits entitlement to boost your core benefits, choose from additional benefits and / or receive a cash lump sum (subject to tax and NI).
